NBWAVE develops thermosyphons for permafrost protection, inclined and horizontal thermosyphon configurations, and heat-transfer components.
A ground-cooling thermosyphon transfers heat from a buried evaporator to an above-ground condenser when ambient conditions permit. Seasonal cooling performance depends on ground conditions, air temperature, condenser exposure and the installation layout.
